Jonathan Yeo is a British artist who rose to international prominence in his early 20s as a contemporary portraitist, having painted Kevin Spacey, Dennis Hopper, Cara Delevingne, Damien Hirst, Prince Philip, Erin O'Connor, Tony Blair, and David Cameron among others. GQ has called him ‘one of the worlds most in-demand portraitists’. He was educated at Westminster School. My inspired artist would be known a Jonathan Yeo.The reason i admire this artist is because he creates the flesh on the canvas. A realsitic adaptation of Gods creation, witch is identical, symetrical to what he percieves and what is the evidence, using aritistic appliances such as paint, oil paint and water colour. As a student artist myself, i consider this artist as a role model because i would intend on reaching his success and approach to creating live beautiful realistic portraiture of the human flesh.
